Chunky Baked Potato with Bacon over Broccoli
Baked skin-on russet potatoes with savoury bacon cooked in a rich, thick and smokey broth of Chunky poured on top of a serving of broccoli for a delicious bowl of goodness!
- Chop broccoli corwns and blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes.
- While broccoli is cooking, heat up Chunky Soup: Empty contents into microwave-safe container. Cover and microwave for 2-4 minutes or until hot, stirring once.
- Pour warm Chunky Soup over broccoli. Enjoy!
- Refrigerate unused portions promptly
