  • 4 each russet potato, peeled & cut quarters
  • 1/4 tbsp (4 mL) salt
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) warm 2% partly skimmed milk
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Campbell's® Chunky® Prime Rib with Vegetable


  1. Place the potatoes in a medium size pot. Add enough water to cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover loosely and boil for 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.  Mash the potatoes, then add butter, milk and ¼ tsp salt.  
  2. While potatoes are cooking, heat up Chunky Soup: Empty contents into microwave-safe container. Cover and microwave for 2-4 minutes or until hot, stirring once.
  3. Pour Warm Chunky Soup over Mashed Potatoes. Enjoy!
  4. Refrigerate unused portions promptly.
