Mushroom Truffle Daiquiri
CAMPBELL'S® Mushroom Broth, fresh lime juice, and truffle oil combine to create an earthy, yet refreshing, daiquiri unlike any you’ve tried before.
- Make the CAMPBELL’S® Mushroom Broth Syrup by mixing CAMPBELL’S® Mushroom Broth and sugar until dissolved. Alternately, you can reduce the broth and sugar in a saucepan for a more concentrated flavour. (Syrup will keep in fridge for up to 1 week).
- Measure the rum, fresh lime juice, and CAMPBELL’S® Mushroom Broth Syrup into a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake hard for 15 seconds.
- Fill a glass with ice then strain the Brothtail into glass. Garnish with a few drops of truffle oil. Enjoy.
