Pork Ramen Mezcal Margarita
One of the most popular cocktails in the world gets the CAMPBELL’S® Brothtails twist, creating the perfect blend of tart, smoky, and surprisingly delicious.
- Make the Pork Ramen Broth Syrup by mixing CAMPBELL'S® Pork Ramen Broth and sugar together until the sugar is dissolved. Alternately, you can reduce the broth and sugar in a saucepan for a more concentrated flavour. (Syrup will keep in fridge for up to 1 week).
- Measure the tequila, mezcal, cointreau, lime juice, and CAMPBELL'S® Pork Ramen Broth syrup into a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake hard for 15 seconds.
- Fill a glass with ice (salt rim optional) then strain the Brothtail into the glass. Garnish with a few drops of chili oil and a cilantro leaf. Enjoy.
