Thai Chicken Ice Cubes, plus a splash of Thai Chicken Broth, give the classic Negroni a Thai-inspired flavour that turns the usual into deliciously unusual.



  1. Make the CAMPBELL'S® Thai Chicken Ice Cubes by pouring CAMPBELL'S® Thai Chicken Broth into ice molds and freezing.
  2. Add Thai Chicken Ice Cubes to a glass. As they melt, they’ll slowly give a more savory spice flavour to the Brothtail.
  3. Measure the Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth, and CAMPBELL'S® Thai Chicken Broth into the glass.
  4. Briefly stir the cocktail. Top with more ice as needed. Garnish with orange or lime peel. Enjoy.
