Replacing water with Campbell’s broths will make a huge difference to your average brown rice dish. Any ability to add flavour to a neutral flavour like rice will give it depth and body.

 

Choosing a wide saucepan will allow the heat to evenly disperse through the rice. If the saucepan is too small the bottom of the rice will tend to cook before the rice on the top. There are many types of brown rice on the market, from long grain to basmati. Follow the package directions for ratios, but replace the water with Campbell’s Reduced Sodium Chicken Stock.

Add Campbell’s Reduced Sodium Chicken broth to the rice and bring the rice to a boil.

Cover the saucepan with a tight fitting lid and reduce the heat to a simmer.

Simmer, as per package directions, or until tender.
