Ingredients

  • 1 can CAMPBELL’S® Condensed Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup (250 mL) water
  • 1 package long grain and wild rice mix
  • 1 bag frozen vegetable blend (broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts)
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Paprika

Directions

  1. Mix soup,water,rice,seasoning mix,vegetables and half the cheese in shallow 3 qt (3 L) baking dish. Top with chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover.
  2. Bake at 375°F (190°C) until chicken is cooked through – about 1 hour.
  3. Top with remaining cheese.
