Easy Creamy Coleslaw
- Stir the soup,mayonnaise,vinegar,sugar,mustard and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix in the coleslaw mix and stir to coat.
- Chill for 2 hours.
Easy Substitution: 1 small head cabbage shredded (about 5 cups / 1.2 Litre) and 2 medium carrots shredded (1 cup / 250 ml) for the coleslaw mix.
