  1. Heat oil in a medium pot over medium-high heat. Add beef and brown well.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until brown.
  3. Add broth,water,and soup kit. Stir. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer,covered,for 45 minutes.
  5. Stir in spinach and serve.

Recipe Tips

  • Garnish with horseradish and chopped parsley.
  • For sodium reduced option,try CAMPBELL’S® Ready to Use 30% Less Sodium Beef Broth
  • If using ground beef with a higher fat content,drain the pot after browning the meat.
