Hearty Tomato and Vegetable Soup

- 1 CAMPBELL'S® Ready to Use Organic Vegetarian Vegetable Broth
- 1 can CAMPBELL'S® Condensed 50% Less Salt Tomato
- 5 cups (1.25 L) fresh cut up vegetables (carrots, green beans, corn, peas),
- 1/2 tsp (3 mL) dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) garlic powder
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) uncooked fusilli corkscrew pasta
- Heat broth,soup,vegetables,oregano and garlic powder to a boil in medium saucepan.
- Stir in pasta.
- Cook at gentle boil until vegetables and pasta are tender – about 20 minutes,stirring occasionally.
To save a few minutes in preparation time,substitute frozen mixed vegetables for fresh vegetables.
