Instant Pot ® Taco Pasta
- Press “Saute” button on electric pressure cooker. Brown the ground beef, stirring often and breaking up beef with spoon, about 8 minutes. Spoon off any fat.
- Add salsa, water, rotini, beans, corn and taco seasoning; stir to combine making sure pasta is submerged. Close and lock lid; turn vent to “Seal” position. Press “Manual” button and set cook time to 5 minutes.
- Quick release and open as directed. Top with cheese.
Serve sprinkled with chopped green onions, shredded lettuce, sour cream, diced avocado, a squeeze of lime or any of your favourite taco toppings.
