Mozzarella Meatball Sandwiches
You'll only need 3 ingredients to make these hot-from-the-oven sandwiches, and they're ready in just 20 minutes, making them perfect for busy weeknights. Meatballs are simmered in our delicious pasta sauce, then sandwiched in hot, cheesy garlic bread - we love this recipe so much and we think you'll love it, too!
- Bake bread according to package instructions.
- While the oven is heating, start the sauce and meatballs. Cook in a 2-quart saucepan over low heat for 20 minutes or until the meatballs are heated through.
- Spoon the meatball mixture onto the bottom bread half. Top with the top bread half. Cut into quarters.
Customize these sandwiches by topping with even more cheese (try Parmesan or provolone), spinach, arugula or chopped fresh basil.
