Our Salmon and Creamy Asparagus Gnocchi recipe makes a satisfying weeknight dinner. With fresh salmon and asparagus paired with velvety gnocchi, you'll have deliciousness in 20 minutes!



  1. Preheat broiler to high. Set oven rack to highest position.
  2. Arrange salmon and asparagus on foil-lined baking sheet; brush with oil and season with pepper. Broil 5-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  3. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, stir together soup, milk, green onions, and lemon zest until smooth. Bring to simmer over medium heat.Stir cooked gnocchi into sauce; simmer 2-3 minutes longer.
  4. To serve, lay asparagus over gnocchi, top with salmon filet.

Recipe tips

Garnish with additional sliced green onions, if desired.
