Salsa Baked Feta Dip
Based on the viral Baked Feta pasta dish, we’ve turned this into an impressive appetizer you’ll want to share at your next party! Pretzel Crisps make the perfect pairing to scoop up ample dip here!
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Adjust rack to upper third of oven.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the bottom of an 8” oven-safe baking dish. Add the tomatoes, garlic and oregano. Pour the salsa over top and toss to coat ingredients.
- Lay the blocks of feta on top and drizzle with remaining oil and sprinkle with the chili flakes.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until the feta is soft and the tomatoes have blistered.
- Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil, serve warm with your favourite Pretzel Crisps.
Recipe Tips
Use more olive oil (1/4 cup) to increase the amount of sauce this recipe makes to create the viral baked feta pasta dish for a delicious weeknight dinner! Stir together with your favourite cooked pasta!
Optional: add sliced or pitted olives for a twist
