Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can CAMPBELL’S® Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Brown chicken well in heated oil at medium-high heat in large skillet.
  2. Add 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup mixed with dried oregano leaves,crushed. Simmer,covered,until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
