Tortilla chips smothered in black beans, shredded Jack cheese, onions and chunky Pace salsa -- the perfect snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup (250 mL) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) sliced pitted ripe olives
  • 2 medium green onions, sliced
  • 2 cups (500 mL) PACE® Chunky Medium Salsa

Directions

  1. Arrange the tortilla chips on an oven proof platter.
  2. Top with the beans and cheese.
  3. Bake at 400°F about 10 mins until cheese is melted.
  4. Remove from oven and top with the tomato,olives and green onions.
  5. Serve with salsa
