An easy appetizer that feels like a fancy hot dip made with Campbell’s® Garlic Parmesan with Herbs Soup. Bubbly cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and jalapeño add savoury richness with just the right kick, perfect for scooping with crackers, baguette or fresh veggies.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, whisk together the soup and cream cheese until smooth and warmed through, about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes and jalapeño. Transfer mixture to a small baking dish and sprinkle with parmesan.
  3. Broil 3–5 minutes, until hot, bubbly and lightly browned.
  4. Serve immediately with crackers, baguette or vegetables for dipping.

Recipe Tips

Not into spicy? Swap the jalapeño for chopped fresh basil.

For a Mediterranean twist, substitute shredded asiago and add chopped artichokes.

Leftovers make a great creamy pasta sauce, reheat with some milk to loosen and hot pasta.
