Warm Jalapeño & Garlic Parmesan Dip
An easy appetizer that feels like a fancy hot dip made with Campbell’s® Garlic Parmesan with Herbs Soup. Bubbly cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and jalapeño add savoury richness with just the right kick, perfect for scooping with crackers, baguette or fresh veggies.
Directions
- Preheat broiler. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, whisk together the soup and cream cheese until smooth and warmed through, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes and jalapeño. Transfer mixture to a small baking dish and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Broil 35 minutes, until hot, bubbly and lightly browned.
- Serve immediately with crackers, baguette or vegetables for dipping.
Recipe Tips
Not into spicy? Swap the jalapeño for chopped fresh basil.
For a Mediterranean twist, substitute shredded asiago and add chopped artichokes.
Leftovers make a great creamy pasta sauce, reheat with some milk to loosen and hot pasta.
