The pasta cooks right in the flavourful sauce in this one-dish wonder! Adding weeknight-friendly chicken and broccoli makes it a great part of a meal.

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned. Add garlic; cook and stir for 30 seconds.
  2. Stir in the broth; mix well. Add linguine and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium heat. Boil gently, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes.
  3. Stir in broccoli, cream cheese and lemon juice. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring often, or until the pasta is tender and the chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with basil.

  • Top with Parmesan cheese, if desired
  • You can use your favourite veggies in this dish. Try red peppers, mushrooms, or whatever your family loves, instead of broccoli.
