Skip buying all the spices needed to make Pho at home, Campbell’s® Ready to Use Pho broth is vegetarian based and full of Pho flavour. 


  • Garnishes:


  1. Heat a large 4 qt (3.8L) stockpot over medium heat, add oil and onions, sauté for 3 minutes. Add in the garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute, then the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. 
  2. Deglaze pot with fish sauce and soy sauce, scraping up any browned bits on the bottom of the pot. Add broth and water, stir, cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low heat and simmer 10 minutes. 
  3. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil; blanch bean sprouts for 1 minute. Remove with large strainer spoon, set aside. Bring water back to a boil and cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water, divide evenly among serving bowls, next add the bean sprouts and carrots evenly among bowls. Fill each bowl with broth. Top with desired garnishes.

  • Try adding thinly sliced firm tofu for added protein.
  • Add any of your favourite vegetables in the last 5 minutes of simmering.
