20-Minute Salsa-Lime Skillet Fish
This 5-ingredient fish skillet is so easy to throw together as your main protein at dinner. Serve over rice or as a soft or crunchy taco filling.
- Season fish as desired.
- Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook fish, turning once, until light golden on both sides, about 6 minutes. Remove to plate.
- Stir salsa into pan; reduce heat to medium. Grate ½ teaspoon lime zest into pan. Juice ½ of the lime and add to pan. Return fish to pan spooning some of the salsa over top; simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until fish flakes easily.
- Sprinkle with cilantro.
Serve in warmed 6-inch corn or flour tortillas or in lettuce cups with green onions, avocado and sour cream.
