Pace “In With the Bold” Vegetarian Nachos
Bring out the bold flavours in your next plate of nachos with Pace salsa. Dollop the chips with Pace salsa and all the toppings before baking to ensure a mouthful of deliciousness in every bite!
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange a single layer of tortilla chips on an oven-safe platter or baking sheet.
- Sprinkle evenly with half of the cheese, beans, tomatoes, jalapeno, red onions, and salsa.
- Add a second layer of chips and sprinkle with remaining toppings finishing with generous dollops of salsa.
- Bake at 400°F for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Combine all the ingredients for the lime crema together, mix well.
- Remove nachos from oven and top with the avocado, green onions and cilantro. Drizzle with lime crema. Serve with salsa and lime crema on the side. Enjoy!

- Nachos are fun, be bold and try any of your favourite toppings!
- Try adding cooked lean ground beef mixed with 1 cup of salsa, this makes a great alternative for a protein packed nacho dish, just dollop on top of the chips before baking.
