Ready in just 45 minutes, these braised beef short ribs are layered with a complex fusion of flavour. 



  1. Sprinkle sea salt and ground black pepper on both sides of beef ribs and marinate for 5 minutes. Afterwards, discard the marinade.
  2. Pan fry the beef ribs on a grill pan under high heat, 2 minutes on each side or until it turns golden brown.
  3. Fry garlic with canola oil in a medium-heated stew pot until the garlic turns to golden brown. Then add diced tomato and stir for 1 minute.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce, sugar, basil, CAMPBELL’S® Condensed Tomato with Basil and Oregano soup, CAMPBELL’S® Beef Broth and fried beef ribs to the pot, then stew for 30 minutes under low heat before serving.

Marinating the ribs in spices farther in advance can add extra flavor to the meat.
