Asian Inspired Grilled Chicken
- Combine all ingredients, except chicken and cornstarch, in resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning occasionally to mix. Remove chicken from marinade.
- Grill or broil chicken for 15 minutes or until cooked through, turning and brushing often with marinade.
- Mix remaining marinade in small saucepan with cornstarch. Heat to a boil, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and cooks. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with chicken.
Grilled asparagus is a special treat! Marinate fresh asparagus spears in a separate bag from chicken and grill just until tender-crisp,basting often with its own marinade.
