    Quick and Easy Delicious Pho

Home made Pho will always be the best, but this is an excellent substitute when you want a quick and easy lunch or supper. Anyone who loves Pho will be happy with this as a quick way to have your Pho fix. We make this and serve it with spring rolls made in the oven. The recipe calls the lime a garnish, but Pho eaters know to be sure to squeeze it into the broth. Cilantro works great. Really it should be Thai Basil, but that's not available in regular grocery stores. We like to take Basil and Mint and chop them up together as a Thai Basil substitute. It's also an affordable meal because you can feed a family of 4 or 5 with only one steak because you use thin slices.

    Pho with siracha

Was good with siracha added. Wish there was more broth.
