Chicken and Asparagus Pizza
- Roll out dough to 12-inch (30 cm) circle; transfer to cornmeal dusted pizza pan. Mix condensed soup with milk and garlic; spread over dough.
- In skillet,heat oil over medium heat; sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and cook until browned,about 6 minutes. Cut into strips and arrange over dough.
- Sprinkle with asparagus,red pepper,cheese and pepper. Bake in lower third of 425 °F (220 °C) until golden,25 to 30 minutes.
For a large crowd,stretch pizza dough to fit 17- x 11-inch (45 x 28 cm) baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
