Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions in salted water, do not overcook. Drain.
  3. Working quickly, combine hot cooked pasta, soup, ricotta, parmesan, eggs, and pepper. Carefully add chicken, using tongs to combine, making sure pasta is well coated. Carefully pour into a greased (or sprayed) 7-10 “ springform pan. Use a spatula to pat down pasta. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes or until bubbly and brown (cooking time will depend on pan size (small pan may require more cooking time, adjust accordingly).
  4. Remove from oven and top with mozzarella cheese, bake until cheese is melted (about 2-3 more minutes), and top with fresh herbs if desired. Remove from pan and cut into wedges

    Spaghetti Bacon casserole

This recipe requires more moisture, as the dish was on the dry side. I would add some milk or something.
