Creamy Bacon Spaghetti Pie
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions in salted water, do not overcook. Drain.
- Working quickly, combine hot cooked pasta, soup, ricotta, parmesan, eggs, and pepper. Carefully add chicken, using tongs to combine, making sure pasta is well coated. Carefully pour into a greased (or sprayed) 7-10 springform pan. Use a spatula to pat down pasta. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes or until bubbly and brown (cooking time will depend on pan size (small pan may require more cooking time, adjust accordingly).
- Remove from oven and top with mozzarella cheese, bake until cheese is melted (about 2-3 more minutes), and top with fresh herbs if desired. Remove from pan and cut into wedges
Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
