Leftover Turkey Sloppy Joes
Our Leftover Turkey Sloppy Joes recipe makes the end of the holidays fun. Using vegetables, spices and a cheesy topping, turn turkey into a satisfying lunch in less than 30 minutes!
- Heat oil in a large skillet set over medium-high heat. Cook onion, green pepper, red pepper, garlic, cumin and black pepper until vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in soup, broth and turkey.
- Cook, uncovered and stirring occasionally, for 5 to 10 minutes or until thickened. Serve on Kaiser buns topped with cheese.
Add some crunch to this sandwich by toasting the Kaiser buns before adding the turkey mixture.
