Quick Italian Shells
Directions
- Cook the pasta as indicated on the packaging. Drain and set aside.
- Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes or strips. Put in a pot and cook in vegetable oil over a medium heat until brown on each side.
- Add the can of tomatoes to the pot without the juice. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add the Campbell’s Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup. Mix well until smooth. Add the cooked pasta and take off the heat. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Recipe Tips
The chicken can be replaced with turkey or ground beef. You can also add peppers and mushrooms while the chicken cooks.

Delicious
Loved how easy and quick this was to make. Everyone loved the cheesy tomato covered noodles! The chicken added protein which made it filling. This will definitely go on our meal rotation. Just a quick note to not forget to buy the actual pasta shells as they are not included in the ingredients list. I made that mistake and had to run out and get some last minute!

Insufficient Information
Does this call for the large sized shells (the photo suggests it but it's hard to tell the scale from the dish) and what measurement of raw pasta should I use? May seem like a dumb question but I've never used this kind of pasta. Anyway the specifics of the pasta are omitted from the recipe. I'm guessing that the can of tomatoes should be 28 oz.. I haven't made it yet.
