  • 1 3/4 cups (435 mL) CAMPBELL’S® 30% Less Sodium Ready to Use Chicken Broth
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) reduced sodium soy sauce,
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) white vinegar,
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp (1 mL) red pepper flakes
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb/500g)


  1. Stir broth,soy sauce,vinegar,sugar,garlic powder and red pepper in shallow non-metallic dish or large re-sealable plastic bag. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover dish or close bag and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove chicken from marinade.
  2. Lightly oil grill rack and heat grill to medium. Grill chicken for 15 minutes or until cooked through,turning and brushing often with marinade.
  3. Heat remaining marinade to a boil in 1 qt (1 L) saucepan over medium-high heat. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve with chicken.
