Soy Glazed Grilled Chicken
- Stir broth,soy sauce,vinegar,sugar,garlic powder and red pepper in shallow non-metallic dish or large re-sealable plastic bag. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover dish or close bag and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove chicken from marinade.
- Lightly oil grill rack and heat grill to medium. Grill chicken for 15 minutes or until cooked through,turning and brushing often with marinade.
- Heat remaining marinade to a boil in 1 qt (1 L) saucepan over medium-high heat. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve with chicken.
