Stir fry is always a great choice for a fast dinner, now you can make it even more yummy and quick by using our CAMPBELL'S® Rich & Thick Stock to get your meal on the table faster! Packed with healthy vegetables and ample flavourful savoury sauce for the rice to soak up, this easy beef and broccoli stir fry recipe is surely a crowd pleaser.



  1. To make easy beef stir fry, in a large non-stick skillet or wok, heat 2 tbsp oil over medium-high heat. Brown beef (in batches to prevent overcrowding the pan), 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer beef and any juices to plate. Other seasonings and spices may also work depending on your taste.
  2. Heat tablespoon of sesame oil in the same pan; add broccoli and peppers and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, then add green onions and fry for about 30 seconds until all vegetables are golden, crunchy, and crispy.
  3. Pour in carton of CAMPBELL'S® Ginger, Garlic & Soy Rich & Thick Stock, hoisin or low sodium soy sauce, chili flakes (if desired) and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes.
  4. Return beef and any juices to pan; cook until beef is heated through, about 2 minutes. Season with salt to taste. Remove from heat and serve with sticky rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
