Ground beef, some seasonings, chunky salsa, tortillas and cheese ... that's all it takes to make flavourful, kid-friendly enchiladas in just 35 minutes!



  1. Brown the ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often and breaking up beef with spoon, about 10 minutes. Pour off any fat. Remove from heat. Stir in chili powder, garlic powder, 1/2 cup of the salsa and 1 cup of the cheese.
  2. Spread 1/2 cup of the salsa in a 3-quart shallow baking dish.
  3. Spoon beef mixture equally down the center of tortillas. Roll up and place seamside down in the baking dish. Top with the remaining salsa and cheese.
  4. Bake in 350°F oven for 20 minutes or until the enchiladas are hot and the cheese melts.

Recipe Tips

Top with shredded lettuce and sour cream, if desired.
