Honey Garlic Chicken
- Season the chicken as desired. Heat the oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, stirring occasionally. Add the broccoli and garlic; cook and stir until broccoli is bright green, about 2 minutes.
- Stir the soy sauce, honey, red pepper, water and soup in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 3 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Season to taste. Serve the chicken mixture over the rice. Sprinkle with the green onion and almonds.
For a spicier dish, add more crushed red pepper.
Toast almonds, shaking pan often, in a small dry skillet over medium heat until light golden, about 4 minutes.
