  1. Heat broth and tomatoes to a boil in 4 qt (3.8 L) saucepan. Add Scooby-Doo pasta and allspice; reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook at gentle boil until pasta is tender,stirring occasionally. Do not drain. Set aside.
  2. Brown chicken well in heated oil in a large non-stick skillet at medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until golden brown and softened – about 5 minutes,stirring often. Add celery and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir barbecue sauce and vinegar into pasta mixture in saucepan. Add chicken-vegetable mixture,parsley and pepper. Combine gently and serve immediately.

Recipe tips

Fresh tomatoes give this stovetop casserole “straight from the garden” goodness and do not have the added salt of canned tomatoes. Chopped fresh parsley contains vitamins A and C and complements the flavours of this fast,fun family meal.
