Tired of the same old taco routine? Change things up a bit and use salsa instead of taco seasoning. The result is a taco filling that's moist, flavourful and oh so delicious.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook the beef in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
  2. Stir 2 cups of salsa in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Divide the beef mixture among the taco shells. Top with the cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and remaining salsa.

Recipe Tips

You can customize your tacos by adding additional toppings like sour cream and guacamole!
