Two Step Honey Dijon Chicken
- Brown 4 chicken breast halves in 1 tbsp (15 ml) hot oil, in skillet.
- Add 1 can of soup mixed with 1/2 cup (125 ml) water, 3 tbsp (45 ml) Dijon-style mustard and 1 tbsp (15 ml) honey. Cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through.

CAMPBELL’S® Condensed Low Fat Cream of Chicken Soup
Yummy and very easy to make. I cut up the 4 full size chicken breasts into bite size pieces to stretch out the meal for leftovers. Also, I did not have honey on hand so I substituted it with maple syrup and a pinch of sugar, it helped to cut down on the heavy mustard taste and balanced it perfectly.
