  • 4 (about 1 lb/500 g)  skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) oil
  • 1 can (10 oz/284 ml)  CAMPBELL’S® Condensed Low Fat Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) water
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey


  1. Brown 4 chicken breast halves in 1 tbsp (15 ml) hot oil, in skillet.
  2. Add 1 can of soup mixed with 1/2 cup (125 ml) water, 3 tbsp (45 ml) Dijon-style mustard and 1 tbsp (15 ml) honey. Cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through.

    It was good but the Dijon was overwhelming, it's all we taste. I would add less Dijon next time.

    Yummy and very easy to make. I cut up the 4 full size chicken breasts into bite size pieces to stretch out the meal for leftovers. Also, I did not have honey on hand so I substituted it with maple syrup and a pinch of sugar, it helped to cut down on the heavy mustard taste and balanced it perfectly.
