Beef Teriyaki Stir Fry


Directions
- Heat large, non-stick skillet, lightly coated with vegetable oil cooking spray over medium-high heat. Cook beef 10 minutes or until browned. Set beef aside.
- Stir in mixture of broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic powder. Heat to a boil, stirring often. Return beef to skillet. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Stir in vegetables.
- Simmer covered,until beef and vegetables are cooked through - about 5 minutes,stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.

DELICIOUS!
This was absolutely DELICIOUS! I use bullion instead of the beef broth suggested and added 2-cups instead as we like something with a little more gravy to it. No brown sugar, instead used 2tbsp of Teriyaki Sauce and no garlic powder but garlic puree. The vegetables stay nice and crispy while the beef is cooked just right and the gravy is superb! You could make this hotter by adding some chili sauce or chili flakes to it. I opted not to though.
