Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups (310 mL) CAMPBELL’S® 30% Less Sodium Ready to Use Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 3 cups (750 mL) hot cooked rotini (spiral) pasta or fusilli
  • 1 cup (250 mL) cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup (250 mL) frozen peas
  • 2 cups (500 mL) cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 small red onion, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix broth,mayonnaise,cheese and basil in a large bowl.
  2. Toss in remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Recipe tips

For a more colourful dish,use multi-coloured pasta.
