Creamy Broccoli Salad
This quick, easy salad is made for broccoli lovers! Fresh broccoli is mixed with Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup, chickpeas, onions, almonds, and of course, bacon, making for a delicious, creamy combination.
How to Make Creamy Broccoli Salad
- In a bowl or jar, combine soup, milk or water, vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon, salt and pepper. Stir or shake well to combine.
- In a large salad bowl, combine broccoli, chickpeas, bacon and red onion. Pour the dressing over and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with almonds or pecans and bacon and/or cranberries. Toss well and serve.
Recipe Tips
For more toppings, consider adding sunflower seeds, and using different types of cheese, such as cheddar.
