This one-pot recipe brings ease and flavour to any main dish. Garden greens and tomatoes mixed with the citrus notes of coriander add life to an otherwise plain rice. And it's such a quick and easy recipe, with only 10 minutes of prep time and 15-20 minutes of cooking time required. We're sure the whole family will love it!

How to Make Green Beans and Tomato Rice Pilaf

  1. In a large, deep skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter on medium heat, add onions and sauté until translucent. Toss in diced tomatoes and 1/3 cup of Campbell’s® Chicken Broth and season with coriander and ½ teaspoon of salt, cover the tomatoes and chicken broth and cook until most of the liquid has evaporated.
  2. Add your minced garlic cloves and cook until fragrant (20 sec) and toss in your fresh green beans and basmati rice, and add 4 cups of Campbell’s® Chicken Broth. Adjust salt to taste. Bring the green beans, tomatoes, chicken broth, spices and herbs to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer the green beans mixture for 15-20 min.
