  • 1 1/4 cups (310 mL) CAMPBELL’S® 30% Less Sodium Ready to Use Chicken Broth
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) dried basil leaves, crushed
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1/8 tsp (1 mL) ground black pepper
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts


  1. Mix broth, lemon juice, basil, thyme and pepper. Reserve 3/4 cup (175 mL) for basting; refrigerate.
  2. Pour remaining broth mixture into shallow non-metallic dish. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour, turning occasionally. Discard marinade.
  3. Grill chicken for 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning and brushing often with reserved broth mixture.
