  • 1 3/4 cups (435 mL) CAMPBELL'S® Ready to Use Organic Vegetarian Vegetable Broth
  • 2 cups (500 mL) fresh  cut-up vegetables of your choice
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) cornstarch
  • Black pepper for garnish


  1. Combine cornstarch with 1/2 cup (125 mL) broth. Set aside.
  2. Heat remaining broth and water to a boil in small saucepan.
  3. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup (60 mL) broth for glaze.
  4. Cook and thicken reserved broth with cornstarch mixture, stirring often and adding your favourite flavour accents. Toss glaze with cooked vegetables.

Recipe tips

For delicious oven roasted vegetables, pour CAMPBELL’S® Broth over carrot, turnip, parsnip and celery chunks; add your favourite accents. Cover and bake at 375°F / 190°C until tender, basting occasionally.
