Savoury Glazed Vegetables
- Combine cornstarch with 1/2 cup (125 mL) broth. Set aside.
- Heat remaining broth and water to a boil in small saucepan.
- Add vegetables and cook until tender. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup (60 mL) broth for glaze.
- Cook and thicken reserved broth with cornstarch mixture, stirring often and adding your favourite flavour accents. Toss glaze with cooked vegetables.
For delicious oven roasted vegetables, pour CAMPBELLS® Broth over carrot, turnip, parsnip and celery chunks; add your favourite accents. Cover and bake at 375°F / 190°C until tender, basting occasionally.
