Zesty Turkey & Rice Skillet
- Heat broth,basil,garlic,hot pepper sauce and tomatoes to a boil in a 3 qt (3 L) saucepan over medium heat. Stir in rice. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- Stir in peas and turkey. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until rice is tender.
- To change things up,try this recipe twist:
- Zesty Chicken and Rice: Substitute 2 cups (500 mL) cubed,cooked chicken for turkey.
